Discover Green Island

Immerse yourself in the beauty of this 6000-year-old coral cay, a National Park nestled within the inner Great Barrier Reef. Just a short 45-minute boat ride from Cairns, Green Island features pristine white sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, and sparkling blue waters.

During your 2-hour stop, you can explore the island at your leisure. Dive into the inviting waters for a snorkeling adventure right off the beach, where you may spot Green Sea Turtles feasting on the seagrass that surrounds the island. Don’t forget to grab an ice-cold drink, relax on the soft sand, and soak up the idyllic tropical vibes!

Adventure Awaits at the Outer Great Barrier Reef

No visit to Australia is complete without experiencing the Great Barrier Reef, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site since 1981. Home to the world’s most extensive collection of coral reefs, it boasts over 1,500 species of fish and 400 types of coral. With around 2,500 individual reefs and 900 islands, this extraordinary ecosystem is a must-see for nature lovers.

Great Adventure’s Reef Pontoon Activity Platform
